Learn more about the intelligent module

You can:

  • Monitor the temperature in your module hour by hour
  • Monitor the energy consumption in your module hour by hour
  • Get an overview of how much energy your modules use
  • Save electricity, as the heating switches off automatically if doors and windows are left open
  • Use climate control so you can lower the temperature at night
  • Easily download a report on the electricity consumption in your modules

 

We can help you because we have installed a temperature sensor, window sensors, heat pump control (if the module has a heat pump), and a data collector in this module.

This means that you now have tools that can help you reduce your electricity consumption. You can do this by monitoring the temperature and activating climate control (lowering the temperature at night).

Keep track of your electricity consumption

When you log in to mitgsv.dk, you can see which modules are intelligent under the “Energy” tab.

You can see the following data:

  • Energy consumption period
  • Average temperature in the modules
  • Total electricity consumption in your modules
  • Maximum and minimum temperature for each individual module

How do I find my module?

Typically, there will be a number on the electrical panel — that number is the last part of our MODULE ID.

When the electrical panel shows 24003703, you can look at the ID in the list of your modules and see that your module is 377-0311-24003703 and that it is a foreman’s module.

If you click on the module in the list, you can see how much that specific module is using.

Reduce your electricity consumption

If you click “Edit climate control”, you can set night setback for all your intelligent modules.

You can easily set the time period when the module should lower the temperature. We set the temperature to 17 degrees during the “night”.

You can choose between:

  • 5-day week – the temperature is low throughout the weekend
  • 7-day week – the temperature is only lowered during the “night”

Data for the individual module

When you click a module in the list, we show you data for that module – you can select:

  • Period
  • Temperature
  • Energy consumption
  • Climate control for this module
  • Time schedule on/off

Electric panels and heat pumps are switched off

We have installed window sensors (MagnetSense – like the one shown in the picture) on all windows and possibly on doors. If a window or door is left open for more than 10 minutes, the heat pumps and electric panels will switch off. Find the open window or door and close it, and the heating will turn back on after approximately 5–10 minutes.

This may be because someone has tampered with one of the magnets installed on the windows, or because it has fallen off.

I need to work late, and the heating is switched off (night setback is ACTIVE)

Press our Gateway once, and we will turn on the heating for 3 hours. It may take up to 5 minutes after you press the black box.

The Gateway is a black box (see image) installed by the electrical panel in the module.
